HERO'S JOURNEY PHASE: Mapping our ordinary world

​

OBJECTIVES: Participants will be introduced to the concept of the inward "80/20 Principle" by actively exploring their LEGO® models in search of the emerging Archetypes, in the specific form of inner Agents and Characters such as the personal "Lonely Guy/Life Energy", "Boss/Controller", "Self-Ego", "Shadow" and other "Personas", in order to realize an in depth mapping of our inner world and dynamic.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: To map our inner world and explore what are the key agents and dynamics that condition the way we manage (invest and waste) our life energy, our resources and resistances

MAIN THEME: HOW TO IDENTIFY THE EMERGING PATTERNS (SYMMETRIES) AND GAME-LAPSES (A-SYMMETRIES) THAT SHAPE OUR INNER WORLD

HERO'S JOURNEY PHASE: Call to adventure and passage of the threshold

​

OBJECTIVES: How to find and recognize our "building patterns" (related to behavioral/decisional/belief symmetries in our LEGO® model); then, how to look for the "game-lapses" (a-symmetries in our own system of belief) as they emerge, using them as "rabbit holes" to find inner resources that could help us to reset our belief system and start exploring a new space of possibility.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: For it's a way to "x-ray" who we are and how we act in our current way of being through the LSP model, in order to foster the release and activation of profound dynamics of self-awareness, change and personal growth.

MAIN THEME: USING NARRATIVE-BASED FACILITATION TECHNIQUES TO EXPLORE FURTHER AND UNCHARTED LEVELS IN OUR STORY

HERO'S JOURNEY PHASE: Lost in Wonderland

​

OBJECTIVES: Guiding participants through the exploration of further and deeper narrative-levels that could emerge from their models/stories. Leveraging a "story-challenge" approach the participant will see how to use narratives to spark new perspectives, visions and directions, to reset the story "in charge", explore inner territories and so expand the space of possibility with more clarity and willingness to take action.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: To stretch our identity by disidentifying the Self from its core projection ("story in charge") and becoming aware of its unconscious drivers. This process is key to expand our consciousness and liberate energy for sense-making and change.

MAIN THEME: HOW TO READ THE LEGO® MODEL AS A "MESSAGE" AND AN "INVITATION" FROM THE VERY CORE OF OUR UNCONSCIOUS SELF

HERO'S JOURNEY PHASE: Meeting with the Oracle and breaking point

​

OBJECTIVES: To deepen the concept that participants do NOT really answer the facilitator's question, they're rather "moved" from that starting point as an external trigger, since at a deeper level a LEGO® model (as projection of our inner dynamics) always answers to a Blind Question that lies within: the challenge here consists ultimately in leading each participant toward that Innermost Why, by decrypting the message and taking action.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: This stage is key to understand what really drives us at a deeper level and where does our energy go. When we get to that "core" - through the LSP model -we uncover an unconscious purpose that lies beneath our immunity to change.

MAIN THEME: EMBODYING ARCHETYPES OF TRANSFORMATION BY "FEELING WITH YOUR HANDS" AND SHAPING MORE LIVING "GUIDING PRINCIPLES"

HERO'S JOURNEY PHASE: The gift and the return

​

OBJECTIVES: Participants will have the opportunity to test in depth an original application technique that really pushes the boundaries of our current understanding of LSP. The aim of the "Simple Guiding Emotions" is to bypass the rational mind - that too often "thinks in principles" that are actually disconnected to the real dimension of our living - and so let emerge a more grounded and effective guidance as an integral human experience.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: To enable emotional intelligence and integrate a more mindful connection between our "core" and our "guiding principles" for decision making. A way to face uncertainty and change through a less reactive and more creative approach.

MAIN THEME: SHARING, REFRESHING & DIGESTING THE KEY ELEMENTS AND INSIGHTS OF THE PROGRAM AFTER THE PERSONAL/TEAM PRACTICE

OBJECTIVES: At the end of the 5-STAGE program you'll be ready enough to start experimenting with the tools and materials of the Hero's Journey method on your own. You'll be invited to take some time to put what you've learned and experienced in the first place into action, trying to apply and adapt the method to your own practice, either with your teammates or your friends/clients. After one month or two we will arrange, according to the availability of the team, this follow-up session with the intention of sharing and deepening our experience, clarifying doubts and refreshing the key resources and insights.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: To make sense of both our 5-STAGE program and the personal/team practice, in order to enable a safe space for continuous community learning and personal digesting.
