WHAT CHARACTERIZES THE SESSIONS

2.5 hours sessions, either individual or in a small group (max 4 people), to have the maximum possible personalization of the work.

Creative workshops oriented to in-depth work, always offering a personalization of the levels of depth and providing individual work tools and techniques.

The use of the HERO'S JOURNEY approach applied to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® & Oneiric Drawing Bermolen-Dal Porto™ (an original combination of elements derived from deep psychology, Gestalt, themes and techniques of Jungian origin - such as active imagination - and much more, aimed at exercising the creative expression of Self and a related exploration of one's inner world through symbolic and archetypal language).

Each session includes a tailor-made guide for each single participant, ends with an integration activity and will provide each one with further elements to continue the work at home in the following days.

The playlist will be shared, taken from the research of Imperial College of London related to the psychoactive effect of music.

Bibliographic texts and other material on the reference topics will be shared.

The session can be either individual or in a small group (max 4 participants).

For the LSP sessions you'll need a good amount and variety of LEGO® material (bricks, minifigures, animals, tools, wheels and so forth) and at least 1 base-plate
​

For the Oneiric Drawing session you'll need plenty of crayons or color pencil and some A3 or A4 paper.

Dreams have always represented the main way to our inner world, exploring this way is an art but also a creative exercise. In this 2.5-hour session we will travel - in a small group limited to 3/4 participants - this main road through Oneiric Drawing in combination with the Jungian technique of active imagination for dream analysis.

A deep dialogue between the Oneiric Drawing and the extraordinary symbolic-archetypal system that are the Tarot de Marseille Camoin-Jodorowsky with the aim of exploring our creative imagination, reconnecting to our deep Self and its Shadow sides to activate transformative dynamics . The work will be based on the "Arcane of our name", taken from the work of Alejandro Jodorowsky.
