​HOW IT WORKS

10 individual sessions - 2 hours each - over a period of 6 months (meet every 14 to 21 days, on average); both the journey and the sessions are completely tailor-made, flexible and adaptable.

For online sessions we use the platform Zoom; sessions in presence are available in Amsterdam
​

The journey will require proactivity, curiosity, responsiveness and responsibility, you'll be the protagonist!

Along the way you'll need a personal journal, color pencils and a set of LEGO® material

MAIN THEME: DISCOVERING THE ARCHETYPES (characters, agents and dynamics) THAT COMPOSE OUR INNER THEATRE

HERO'S JOURNEY PHASE: Mapping our ordinary world
​
OBJECTIVES: Participants will be introduced to the concept of the inward "80/20 Principle" by actively exploring their LEGO® models in search of the emerging Archetypes, in the specific form of inner Agents and Characters such as the personal "Lonely Guy/Life Energy", "Boss/Controller", "Self-Ego", "Shadow" and other "Personas", in order to realize an in depth mapping of our inner world and dynamic.

WHY IT'S RELEVANT: To map our inner world and explore what are the key agents and dynamics that condition the way we manage (invest and waste) our life energy, our resources and resistances
